Mouse Counselors is a Platinum Level EarMarked by Disney travel agency, ranking in the top 3% of qualifying agencies nationwide in Disney destination sales. Founded in 2008, we’ve spent 18 years focused on one thing: planning Disney vacations that families don’t have to think twice about.

Our team of 90+ advisors has collectively planned tens of thousands of Disney vacations across Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, and Aulani. Every advisor is a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge and holds certifications across Disney destinations. When your advisor recommends a resort, a dining reservation, or a touring strategy, they’re drawing on the firsthand experience of the entire Mouse Counselors network — not just their own trips, but the real-world feedback and insights of dozens of colleagues who have been there before them.

We were founded by Phil Marino, a former commercial litigation attorney who saw an opportunity to bring the same level of professionalism, attention to detail, and client-first mindset to travel planning that he practiced in law. The name “Counselors” was deliberate. We don’t hand you a list of options. We listen to what matters to your family, and then we tell you what to book.

Our services come at no additional cost when you book accommodations and park tickets through us. You pay the same price as booking through Disney directly, but you get a dedicated advisor managing every detail – resort selection, ticket strategy, dining reservations, discount monitoring, and day-of support.
