We understand the frustrations of talented agents earning commission significantly below industry norms, all while feeling trapped due to pending trips and lost potential earnings. That’s why we’ve crafted a solution that not only liberates agents from the shackles of underwhelming commission structures but also helps soften the blow of lost commissions resulting from leaving their current agency.

Program Details
Quite simply, our goal is to make it as easy as possible for an established agent to make a change in the face of potential lost earnings that may come with a switch in agency partnerships. Agents who qualify will earn unprecedented commission splits for up to 18 months upon partnering with our agency.
Qualification Requirements
To qualify, potential partners must:
- have earned a minimum of $8,000 in commission (post-split) with their current agency in the past year;
- complete our confidential Agent Transition Program Questionnaire;
- be offered the opportunity to partake in and satisfactorily complete our interview process; and
- be able to provide a copy of a 1099-NEC from their current agency to prove earned commissions. In the event a mid-year evaluation is necessary, relevant bank statements could be used in place of a 1099.
Boosted Commission Splits
If offered the opportunity to partner with Mouse Counselors, new agents who qualify for this program will earn 100% commission for all new sales made during an initial period at the start of their partnership with us determined by prior sales as follows:
- 6-Month 100% Boost: For agents who earned between $8,000.01 and $15,000.00 in commission (post-split)
- 1-Year 100% Boost = For agents who earned between $15,000.01 and $37,500.00 in commission (post-split)
- 18-Month 100% Boost = For agents who earned more than $37,500.00 in commission (post-split)
While Mouse Counselors does not typically charge agency fees, during the boosted period agents will be responsible for a $30 monthly fee to cover the cost of software (eg. Google Suite, Circle, TESS) offered by the agency.
Additionally, agents who qualify for this program will be immediately eligible to obtain their IATA ID Card.
Long-Term Commission Splits
Once the boosted period ends, each agent will be placed in the appropriate commission tier based upon their booked sales during their boosted period. Those tiers are*:
- 75% for sales up to $200,000.00 per year
- 80% for sales between $200,000.01 and $700,000.00 per year
- 85% for sales between $700,000.01 and $1,250,000.00 per year
- 90% for sales over $1,250,000.01 per year.
* totals will be pro-rated for 6-month boost and averaged for 18-month boost.
